Due to the nature of Ingram Audio products (non-tangible digital goods), it is not possible to “return” a product therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges after a purchase is made.

You should have received an email almost immediately after the purchase. You may need to check the spam folder. If for some reason you didn't get the email then no worries! Just send an email and we'll take care of it.

You do not need to have a license for Kontakt to use our drum libraries. All our drum libraries are Kontat Player instruments and will run seamlessly in the Kontakt Player without timing out.

If your download attempt have ran out just reach out with your order number and well reset it!

At this time our libraries do not have hi hat midi CC so there may be restrictions with e-kit set up.

If Native Access says "Add Library" instead of "download" and won't let you install your library this usually happens because the library installation path needs located.

Open Native Access and click Preferences on the bottom left.


Then go to File Management. 


Under Content Location should show you where the library/instrument is installed. 


To install click Add Library and locate the Drum Daddy - Producer Kit folder based off the location of Content Location.
